1. What is currently on sale Warrant Guardian is offered as a paid monthly subscription at the price published on /pricing. Payment is collected on /checkout through Razorpay. The terms below apply to every paid subscription from the moment of purchase.

2. Billing Billed monthly, in advance, by an electronic mandate you authorise. Registering, changing or withdrawing that mandate requires authentication with your bank or payment app. Your bank or payment app will notify you before each debit. We will also notify you ourselves.

3. Cancellation Cancel at any time, for any reason, and you do not have to give one. Cancellation is available in-product, in two clicks. No email required, no phone call, no retention offer. You may also withdraw the mandate directly with your bank or payment app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for. You keep access until then.

4. Refunds We do not offer partial refunds. A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the cycle already paid for and is not charged again. We do not refund unused days within a cycle. This is stated plainly here so it is known before purchase rather than discovered after.

5. Failed payments A 7-day grace period, access unchanged. Then the account returns to the free tier. That return takes effect at a session boundary, never during a live market session. No feature that protects you is removed at any point.

6. Price changes 30 days before taking effect. There is no founding-price lock and none is offered.

7. Who you are paying Payment is made to Kartavya CSC Digital Seva, the sole proprietorship of Manish Patel, at the address above. That is the name that appears on your bank or card statement and on any invoice we issue.

9. Governing law India. Exclusive jurisdiction: the courts at Sagar, Madhya Pradesh.
