Delivery of a digital service Warrant Guardian is software. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no delivery charges, delivery addresses or delivery times in the ordinary sense.

Free tier: access is available immediately on signup, delivered electronically over the internet. Paid tiers, if and when offered: access is provisioned electronically and immediately on successful payment. No physical delivery occurs. Territory: the service is provided over the internet and is not restricted to a delivery area. Non-delivery: if you pay and access is not provisioned, write to founder@aiworkspacehq.com and we will resolve it or refund the charge in full. This is distinct from the no-partial-refund position in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which concerns cancellation of a working service.
